Ongoing training for Fnac Darty teams
For several years, we have had the honor of collaborating with the Fnac Darty Training Academy to offer training sessions specifically designed for the sales teams at Fnac and Darty. We continue this collaboration by providing training throughout the year.
The main goal is to strengthen the sales teams’ skills by providing them with knowledge tailored to meet the demands of today’s consumers. Thanks to our Qualiopi certification, under the legal entity Techsell, GLOBE Campus offers both in-person and remote training, covering different levels of expertise: beginner, intermediate, and expert.

The training programs offered by GLOBE Campus are designed to meet the specific needs of the sales teams at Fnac and Darty. Among the available modules, participants can train on diverse topics such as microcomputing, smartphones, connected devices, photography, and portable audio.
These courses are designed to help salespeople master the features of the products they sell, as well as acquire practical and technical skills to better advise their customers. With these sessions, our goal is to provide the sales teams with the tools they need to keep up with the rapid changes in the technology market.
