Trained ambassadors for the end-of-year period

The PUIG Group, which includes prestigious brands such as Rabanne, Nina Ricci, Carolina Herrera, and Jean-Paul Gaultier, organized an exclusive live event dedicated to training its ambassadors for the key end-of-year period.

The live session was designed to address several strategic objectives. First and foremost, it aimed to raise awareness among both junior and expert ambassadors about the specific challenges of the mission for the end-of-year period. The group emphasized the importance of understanding the universe of each brand and their perfumes to ensure an immersive customer experience in-store.

The live session also served to train ambassadors on the history and iconic products of the PUIG brands.
Operational guidelines were clearly outlined to ensure flawless execution on the ground. The session focused on the crucial steps for flawless performance in-store, particularly during the key moments of December, with high customer traffic.

To optimize the event, GLOBE GROUPE worked closely with the PUIG Group’s training department. Together, they co-created the live event, adjusting both content and format to best meet the participants’ needs. The event was broadcast from our studio, equipped with two dedicated stages, ensuring optimal production quality for an immersive experience.
