GLOBE GROUPE announces the acquisition of a majority stake in ADMS.Paris, the pioneering influencer marketing agency founded in 2010 by Cyril Attias, a 25-year expert in social networks and influencers. This strategic alliance responds to a paradigm shift in today’s new modes of consumption, which are revolutionising the purchasing process. It paves the way for an entirely new Influence Business model, combining the strengths of influencer marketing and sales performance.

At a time when the integration of offline and online channels is becoming a priority, brands are looking for effective solutions to offer their customers an integrated shopping experience.
This combination of expertise will maximise the impact of influencer campaigns by integrating them with the activation of the shopping journey. The aim is to put in place hybrid, cross-media programmes that integrate influence, social, events and retail marketing.
