GLOBE Groupe acquires the British agency N2O

GLOBE Groupe is the leading European group dedicated to Shopper Marketing (communication and commercial performance), with strong expertise in the High-Tech, Beauty, Pharma, and FMCG sectors. Present in France for nearly 25 years, the group also operates in Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Major clients include L’Oréal, Puig, Google, Mondelez, LVMH, Samsung, Baier, and GSK.

Supported by Andera Partners, one of its main shareholders since 2017, the group has strengthened its position as an independent leader in Shopper Marketing in recent years, notably through targeted acquisitions aimed at enhancing its geographical coverage.

The acquisition of N2O, an agency specialized in Brand Experience and Retail Marketing, allows GLOBE Groupe to bolster its presence in the UK and marks a significant new step in the group’s growth strategy in Europe.

After doubling its revenue in two years to reach €107 million in 2023, GLOBE Groupe is expected to exceed €150 million by the end of 2024 with this acquisition. In terms of business volume, the group managed €2.5 billion for its clients by the end of 2023 and is projected to reach €3.5 billion by the end of the year.
