Yves Saint Laurent reinvents its furniture in perfumery
Yves Saint Laurent recently launched a captivating challenge: updating more than 600 pieces of furniture in perfumeries across the country while preserving its iconic luxury image. In record time, we designed a 360-degree strategy, combining design, logistics, and sustainability.
We optimized the warehouse for training and assembly, minimizing handling time at the point of sale. In coordination with the brand, we established a precise schedule, anticipating every scenario. Calls to the perfumeries allowed us to confirm the furniture and obtain the necessary authorizations. Finally, we set up containers to ensure certified destruction and sustainable recycling of the old furniture.
This challenge illustrates Yves Saint Laurent’s commitment to sustainable luxury, proving that style and responsibility can dance together in the world of perfumery.
