Techsell Reinvents the Converse corner at Citadium

At Techsell, we have redefined the Converse space at Citadium Caumartin, a key location for the brand in France. Our approach to shopper marketing and in-store marketing allowed us to rethink merchandising and the customer experience. We analyzed the current layout and sales performance, then identified key targets to optimize the presentation of flagship products. The redesign incorporated mannequins and inspiring displays, creating a seamless and engaging journey for the consumer.

The implementation of the new merchandising

The corner has been reorganized to maximize visual and commercial impact. With each collection launch, our visual merchandisers reinvent the space, segment the offering, and strategically highlight products. In addition to reorganizing the areas, mannequins and silhouettes were installed to capture the attention of customers. This transformation strengthens brand activation and commercial animation, offering a premium and memorable experience, while enhancing event communication and in-store experiential marketing.
