GLOBE Groupe continues its European expansion
GLOBE Groupe, Europe’s leading shopper marketing and sales group headed by Jeremy Dahan, has acquired Spanish Field Marketing agency Primer Impacto and become the majority shareholder. Luis Mestre, current CEO, will continue to manage the company.
GLOBE Groupe has been operating for over 20 years in France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.
This new acquisition consolidates GLOBE Groupe’s position in Europe, particularly in Spain and Portugal.

For Primer Impacto, this transaction strengthens its ability to grow by giving it access to new data-oriented technological tools owned by GLOBE Groupe.
After a 14% growth in 2022, Primer Impacto expects a turnover of €21M for 2023.
